GREG DINKEL
A native Cincinnatian, Greg Dinkel attended Badin High School and electronics school in Hamilton. Today, as
founder and owner of Dynamic Mechanical Services in Fairfield, Greg now employs 24 people and has led DMS to become recognized as one of Cincinnati's leading contractors for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems/HVAC.
Learning the trade from the ground up, Greg started as an electrician, developed expertise in the HVAC field, and learned the business of providing exemplary service to his customers.
In 1986, Greg founded Dynamic Mechanical Systems to continue to serve his customers and offer HVAC services. With the addition of electrical services, added in 1989, Greg continued to move DMS toward becoming a full-service company, culminating in its becoming a full-service shop with the addition of plumbing services in 1992.
In 2000, Dynamic Mechanical Systems moved to its current home on LeSaint Drive in Fairfield, where it houses its fleet of 18 service vehicles, a warehouse, and facilities for its 24 employees.
Greg holds a State of Ohio Contractor's license for plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Hydronic, and Electrical. He is also licensed in the state of Kentucky as an Electrical Contractor, Master Electrician, Master HVAC, and Journeyman HVAC. Greg holds local licenses in Hamilton, Butler County, Fairfield, and Greater Cincinnati.
Greg is an accredited Representative for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Cincinnati Chapter
and serves as Contractor Trustee for the Labor/Management Committee and the Health Welfare Fund of IBEW Local 148.
Greg also serves on the Board of Directors of the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Cincinnati and is also a Contractor Trustee for the Health and Welfare Fund of the Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Mechanical Equipment Service Local 392.
Greg and his wife, Pam, reside in Fairfield, OH.
WILLIAM SCHLENK
William Schlenk, a native Cincinnatian, brings 30 years of electrical, design/build, and management experience to his position of Operations Manager at DMS. In this position, Bill is responsible for maintaining operations and coordinating activities for all DMS divisions, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, in addition to designing projects for DMS customers.
Bill started in the business in 1976 as an electrical helper for a Cincinnati-based electrical contractor. In 1980, he received certification as a Journeyman Electrician and from 1980 until 1989 worked for Cincinnati contractors in service technician positions.
Bill joined DMS in 1989 to start up the Electrical Division at DMS, adding electrical services to DMS's existing HVAC services. In 2000, he assumed responsibility for all operations and the coordination of the service function across all DMS divisions.
Bill holds a State of Ohio Master's Electrical License and Fire Alarm License. He has OSHA Certification, and has earned certification from the University of Cincinnati in AUTO CAD and Supervisor Management training.
Bill and his wife reside in Southwest Ohio.
CHRIS WHITE
Chris White brings 20 years experience to his position of Project Manager at DMS. In this position, Chris is responsible for working with customers to ensure that their project is done on time and on budget and with complete customer satisfaction.
Chris started in the business as an Apprentice Electrician in 1985, joining a Cincinnati-based contractor.
As a contractor, Chris has worked on a number of major
Cincinnati projects including the Worthington Steel Company where he served as Project Superintendent and,
from 1989-1991, at CG&E's Woodsdale Power Plant where he served as Foreman, responsible for a troubleshooting team. From 1991 until he joined DMS in 1994, Chris served as a Foreman for a number of new construction projects in Cincinnati.
Chris joined DMS in 1994 as a Service Technician/Foreman in the Electrical Division and quickly rose to the position of Electrical Construction Superintendent, where he supervised technicians on a number of projects.
Chris holds a State of Ohio Electrical Master's License and Fire Alarm Master's License.
He has also studied at Lucent Technologies Fiber Optics School, has taken Project Manager training through FMI,
and has taken multiple electrical controls classes as he continues to remain at the forefront of his profession.
Chris and his wife reside in the greater Cincinnati area.
DAVE WHITE
Dave White brings 29 years experience to DMS in his position of Project Manager at DMS. In this position, Dave is responsible for working with customers to ensure that their project is done on time and on budget.
Dave started in the business with Aeronca as an Electrical Inspector and Assembly Worker in 1972, providing him
with an extensive background in a corporate setting. In 1981, Dave moved to the contractor side of the business
as an Electrical Apprentice and has, over the years, worked on a number of major jobs in Cincinnati including
working for Kings Island, AK Steel, CG&E Woodsdale Generator Station, and Mercy South Hospital.
Dave joined DMS in 1993 as a Journeyman Electrician and quickly rose to the position of Supervisor, where he
supervised technicians on a number of projects.
Dave holds a State of Ohio Electrical License, and Fire Alarm Master's License. He has also studied at Lucent
Technologies Fiber Optics School.
Dave and his wife reside in Cincinnati.
MICHELLE WHITT

Michelle Whitt joined DMS as Office Manager in 2004. She is responsible for Human Resources, Accounting, and other administrative functions at DMS.
Michelle holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio and is currently working on her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University.
A mother of three teenagers, Michelle and her family reside in West Chester, Ohio.
